From the moment of walking into Acton Vale Dental Centre the Reception team are friendly and welcoming and the reception area is very clean and modern. Dr Rawad was very gentle in his approach and put me at complete ease, talking me through everything clearly and the recommended treatment plan.
I've been going to Acton Vale Dentist for about a year now and I have only had a good experience with them. Making bookings is very easy over the phone. The practice also sends you a reminder two days before which is great in case you forget to put it in your calendar. In terms of punctuality, I didn't have to wait long at all, in fact, the last time I visited, they called me at exactly the time I had booked the appointment, which is great if you're a punctual person.
Always a fantastic service at Acton Vale Dental Centre. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. Diana Maria Ghenade is a brilliant hygienist!
