So far dentist (Dr. Mahdi Shams and his assistant) seem very professional, courteous and caring towards the patient.
Very prompt feedback. Haven't even been there yet but like them already. Tina the Practice Manager was very helpful and her tone in our emails came across as very nice and friendly. I am definitely looking forward to my appointment.
Really good customer service. The woman I talked to on the phone was so nice and friendly. Unfortunately they don't have an appointment earlier but that can only say that they are so good that everyone wants to go to this dentist.
