Unorganised, understaffed and a lack of patient welfare. Money hungry and lack people skills.
Not a nice place to work, too much gossips, backbiting and grouping. Avoid at all means. They just prefer to earn money, don't give respect to their staff/clinicians. Management is poor as well.
Such a Vibrant Exciting business loving my decision to join. Working within the leadership team is really rewarding at Tooth Club, its a very fast paced business, its exciting to be involved in a group with very clear direction and vision.
