I have always feared visiting the dentist, for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of. Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment. I was treated with consideration and kindness, I felt at ease, the examination was extensive and painless. I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned. My first impressions were good, I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done. I am looking forward to getting my smile back.
First of all, it was only my first appointment. I received a friendly welcome, and the clinic was very clean. I was made to feel at ease, and everything was explained very well.
