Such a great team at Berwick Smile who put me completely at ease today during a difficult and painful extraction. I would like to pay special thanks to Indra and Georgia who were so understanding and patient with me throughout the procedure. I feel like a new woman now and cannot believe that after days of agonising toothache after a quick visit to Berwick Smile within a few hours I was completely pain-free. The best dental experience ever. Very relaxed atmosphere, extremely friendly staff and there was nothing clinical about the environment. Lewis and his assistant really put me at ease, everything was explained in detail so a huge thank you to you all
1st class service, they gave a thorough examination and explained everything that they had discovered. They then went through everything that needed doing with a fully comprehensive breakdown. From entering the premises (being nervous) … Lewis on reception soon had me smiling with his sense of humour & Lewis the dentist was brilliant. Great service. even had the Mrs join & she too is impressed with him… well done & thank you.
